Creating Digital Waste Facilities

A future where Safai Mitras aren’t a nuisance, but a catalyst for change. We believe in the power of transformation, promoting their inclusive development and reducing their vulnerabilities.

The Swachhata Kendras create an accessible facility for our Safai Mitras. The digitally equipped depository also works towards providing fair remuneration to the marginalized communities.

Digital Swachhata Kendras Arunachal Pradesh

We partnered with local community groups in Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh to create a digitally equipped local Swachhta Kendra. As a part of the initiative, many Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) were employed in the collection of the waste. This has created an accessible ecosystem which provided sustained income and improved livelihoods.
